Gloria Residence
This project was driven entirely by function and plan. The owners needed a large house for their family, where every child could have their own bedroom and en suite bathroom, alongside private living spaces. The great room connects the kitchen with the outdoors via large bifold doors, while the living room, dining area, and office provide distinct zones within the shared space. Separate quarters on the lower floor were designed for the parents, offering privacy and space. The volumetric design ties the private quarters to the shared spaces, creating a thoughtful flow throughout the home.
